brussels sprouts with bacon

Yes, I've expounded upon the awesomeness of Brussels sprouts roasted with bacon before, but it's something that bears repeating.

Seriously. They're so freaking good, and they only take 20 minutes. I could eat them every day.

  1. I love love roasted veggies. Brussels sprouts are a favorite. We even grew them this year. They were delectable.

    1. I don't have a garden at the place we live now, but my dad does a big garden every year and I'd love to talk him into growing me some Brussels sprouts!

  2. Try adding some sliced leeks and maybe some chopped pistachios to that (if nuts aren't an allergy--I have no idea). Tasty tasty!
